Once your return has been received at our warehouse, it usually takes about seven business days to quarantine, open, inspect, and process returns upon receipt at our warehouse. Once we process your return we will issue a refund to your original form of payment, usually within two business days.
How will I know the refund was issued?
We’ll send you an email, to the one listed on your order, to let you know we’ve issued the refund
NOTE: Some banks have longer processing times, and your credited refund may take a few days more to reflect on your account.
What if I used another service for my payment?
If you used a payment service (for example Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, or Quadpay), then your refund may take additional time to process.
Once you receive the refund email from us, you can then contact the payment service you used to track the refund status.
