Once your return has been received at our warehouse, it usually takes about 7-10 business days to open, inspect, and process returns upon receipt at our warehouse. Once we process your return we will issue a refund to your original form of payment.
How will I know the refund was issued?
We’ll send you an email, to the one listed on your order, to let you know we’ve issued the refund.
NOTE: After a refund is issued, it can typically take up to 72 hours for that to appear on your statement. Some banks have different processing times, ultimately when it appears on your end will depend on your bank's policy.
What if I used another service for my payment?
If you used a payment service (for example Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, or Quadpay), then your refund may take additional time to process.
Once you receive the refund email from us, you can then contact the payment service you used to track the refund status.
