What does this mean?
This means that we could not collect the payment for your order. There are several reasons this could happen.
What should I do?
- Try removing and re-entering your payment information. It may be that some of the information was entered incorrectly. (Don’t worry, we’ve all done it by accident before!)
- Confirm the Billing Address is correct. Our website will allow you to simply check a box to use the same address for Billing and Shipping, but sometimes these are different and are missed by accident.
- Contact the bank attached to the payment method. For your security, we are not provided the details on why a card was not accepted on our website. In many situations your bank will have more details than we can provide.
