Returning an Online Order in Store
Returns for online orders are accepted within 60 days of purchase and must be in unworn, original condition with all tags attached. You will need the You will need the order confirmation email and method of payment.
Please be advised that only Columbia Stores or Columbia Outlets will accept returns for items purchased on Columbia.com.
The following order types are not accepted as an in-store return:
- Orders purchased with Paypal or Klarna
- Professional Purchase Orders
- Employee Orders
- Partner Purchase Orders
If you purchased with Paypal, Klarna, Apple Pay, or with an additional discount listed above you will need to return your items to our distribution centers directly.
2023 Holiday Return Policy
For the holiday season, the return policy window will be extended. Beginning October 16th, 2023, customers can return holiday purchases in-store within 60 days or January 31st, 2023, whichever is greater to make a return.
To receive the refund to a credit card, the customer will need the order confirmation email and original method of payment present.
Customers who present a gift receipt or return without a receipt will be refunded to a merchandise credit for the lowest price sold within 60 days of the return date.
