How to Apply Your Rewards

Promotional Reward Certificates can be used toward the purchase of nearly any product in Columbia Sportswear Retail or Outlet Stores or online at www.Columbia.com.

You must use them on an eligible product or service in an amount greater than or equal to the value of the Promotional Reward Certificate. Certificates may be combined with most other offers, but they are valid on in-stock items only. Multiple certificates may be used at the same time.

Follow these steps to apply your rewards to your online purchase:

1. Proceed to the payment section of the checkout process
   
   
2. Under Payment , you will see Use my Greater Rewards 
   
   
   
3. Click the drop-down to apply your valid rewards you have attached to your account ( You can also click Maximize my rewards for this order to add all of your valid rewards to the account)
   
   
4. Once you have chosen the amount of rewards you would like to use, click apply.
   
   
5. Once these are applied your order total will reflect the new total.
                            
   
   
6. If your Rewards cover the whole balance, you can complete the order
   If there is a balance remaining, you will be prompted to use an additional method of payment

Follow these steps to apply your rewards to your in-store purchase:

1. When visiting a Columbia-owned retail or factory store, take the items you wish to purchase to the service counter
   
   
2. Provide your email address or phone number associated with your account during the checkout process
   
   
3. Tell the store associate you would like to apply all or some of your available rewards to your purchase
   
   
4. You can confirm the purchase was registered with your account by checking your receipt
