Will I need to have my receipt to return to a store?
Yes, you will need to bring your original receipt in order to return in our branded Columbia Stores. No exceptions.
How long do I have to return in store?
You will have two weeks from the original purchase date to return in store. You will need to have your original receipt.
What if I take the tags off, can I still return it?
All items need to be in unworn, unwashed condition with the tags still attached in order to return in a store.
I don't have a branded store in my area but I do have an outlet, can I still return in store?
No, you can only return to our branded retail locations. These products cannot be returned to our outlet locations. Please give us a call and we would be happy to see if you have another location in your area you can return too.
What happens if the product is defective?
Defective products are an exception however you still need your original receipt in order to return the product.
Am I able to exchange for a different size?
Exchanges are allowed as long as you have your original receipt.
I received this as a gift, am I still able to return it?
If given as a gift, you must provide the original receipt and if it was purchased on a credit card, you must provide the original form of payment at the time of the return.
