Q: How do I ship my items back?
A: Great question! Columbia customers can now initiate a return by printing off a return label and ship the item back to us using UPS. To initiate a return, click here.
Q: Why is my refund amount less than what I paid?
A: Our $6 flat rate return shipping will be taken out of your refund instead of paying the rate upfront to the shipping carrier.
Q: How do I print my return label?
A: Once completing the questions on the returns page, you will be emailed a return label and an invoice to include in the return package. Simply print out the pages attached to the email, seal the invoice inside the package, and stick the label on the outside. You're all set!
Q: How long do I have to send my items back?
A: Our warehouse needs to receive and process your return within 60 days of purchase to process a refund back to your original form of payment.
Q: Will I receive an email when my refund is processed?
A: Of course! Customers will receive an email notifying them when their refund is processed.
